My degree is in psychology, Beginning in the 80's I was designing token economy systems in the mental health system. I began clicker training when my son wanted a big dog and correction training was not an option.
I began training for Petco in '03. I have gone through three iterations of "Petco Training" and the current one is now (finally) using clicker and marker words (Yeah!). I am currently a mentor for Petco helping to train new dog trainers. So far I have trained eight.

I'm always so energized by these meeting I wish more of our members would join us.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for the welcome! You'd mentioned the next meeting, when will it be? Wendy

High Peter:
What is the cost for your ten class dog training program in Canton? If a class is missed could we still take the Canine Good Citizen evaluation?
Hi Peter, Thank you for the warm Welcome! I look fwd to meeting and participating. Sarah
Hi Peter, join me on Meetup today!
Hi Peter,
Just curious if you would ever consider holding a meeting on Saturday on the North Shore? Maybe Coco Keys Resort Hotel in Danvers? Or someplace even just a tad north of Boston?
Hello Peter and thank you for the warm welcome! I look forward to meeting you and becoming a part of this group. I will certainly do my best to regularly attend meetings especially if some are going to be closer to me. Again I look forward to meeting with and you and the rest of the group!
Hi Peter! Thank you for the warm welcome. what a pleasure. I am SO bummed I can't make it tonight.. Thursday nights are not good for me usually, because I teach drop-in classes that night. I will absolutely make it to the next one if at all possible! My New England Bully Breed Club is on facebook: http://www.facebook.com/NEBBC![]()
and also on meetup, which probably would give you the best idea of what we're all about: http://www.meetup.com/new-england-bul...![]()
. Can't wait to meet you.
Hi, Peter! Thanks for the note!
We lost Brandy to auto-immune disease in October. It happened pretty suddenly -- she was fine one Sunday (she'd been feeling really well on a liver-and-kidne
y-supportive diet) and we had to put her to sleep the next Sunday. Thank Dog for Dr. Harrington, who met us at RAH at 11:30 Sunday PM to help her on her way....
I hope to make the December meeting. I downloaded the minutes. One of the topics is that of a website -- which I can probably help with. :-)
Hi, Mondays will generally work better than Tues. through Sept. After that most days are fine. I have a fairly flexible schedule but divide time with husband's rotating schedule and dealing with a rental roperty as well as the dog business so it varies.
