What is your favourite type of MEAT?

They are all great in their own way... from traditional italian sausages to a recent liking to slowly cooked PORK BELLY - asian style.. dont make me choose ! While its not popular in Melbourne , but in our home town of treviso flamed grill thin horse steaks with polenta is an amazing dish.... very tender.

What is your preferred method of cooking MEAT?

SLOWER THE BETTER IN MOST CASES... or even raw beef capaccio as a starter .
