Anger is a form of pain that takes many forms, both passive and aggressive. This retreat aims to work from the outside-in. It takes participants on an inner journey from the outward expression of anger down, through the mind, into the depths of the soul, offering insights, awareness, and practical solutions to overcome anger along the way. It is based on the principles of observation, reflection, learning, practice, and change.
This retreat will include relaxation exercises, reflections, sharing, questions/answers and meditation. There will also be time for walks and connecting with the beautiful nature which surrounds Peace Village.
Costs and Contributions
This is not a "free" event. Peace Village runs entirely on voluntary contributions. While there is no set cost for any retreat, it is your contribution which enables us to continue to offer retreats year after year. For more information, call[masked]-5000.
