So far it's just me. I'm hoping to get my two best friends to join me later this summer.
I like yoga and I believe in the immense power it gives to controlling your mind and body. I always wanted to try meditation as well.
I think it is amazing what you are already doing; I am curious about mediations and maybe different types of yoga? Pilates maybe?
Reading and music are definitely on the list. Also like climbing and walking. Anything outdoors will always interest me.
My desire is to be in control of my body, stay fit regardless of crazy schedules. I want to find more ways to ground myself. oh, and meet new people :)
