I am truly committed to expand my ability to bring my present "now" life to providing quality leadership and purpose in all areas of living with heathy short and long term goals and I believe it begins with learning to consistently exercise, focus on breathe, and experience this in a group setting with licensed instructors.

Do you like to practice Yoga, Meditation, Attend Spiritual events?

I am very interested in all. I, however, have yet to attend/participate in a Yoga Class/Meditation. Through DVDs and 3D Yoga and Meditation APPs, I have been able to experience each in my apartment.

Please suggest me ,what kind of events you looking to add in this group.

1) Incorporating certain dance positions(classical modern) 2) Vocal Warm ups & Exercises

What is your hobby?

Everything and anything Performance Arts: acting, modern dance, singing, and creative writing

What is your desire?

I would like to share an inspirational quotes "Your life is determined not so much by what life brings you as by the attitude you bring to life. Not so much by what happens to you as by the way your mind looks at what happens." -- Kahlil Gibran

Introduction

At 30 I felt so removed from the person I identified as “me” for most of my life. The quote below has provided strength and perspective to my sense of self.
