The Melbourne Synergy Group is a fun, energetic and supportive community. This group is for people who want to improve and learn about health, fitness and how to create an empowering mindset . Whether you want to start or have just started your health and fitness program or have been training quite some time and want to take your fitness to the next level, we welcome you to this group. You will meet like-minded people and perhaps meet a “health buddy” to train with. We meet up regularly either in the form of EDUCATIONAL workshops or FITNESS training. At the workshops, some of the topics will include correct exercise techniques (using gym weights and body weight), learning to utilise equipment you have at home and learning creative ways to exercise when travelling, goal setting, creating and structuring effective workouts, nutrition, weight loss, motivational strategies, mindset (overcome barriers and excuses), and more. Fitness training is simple. We train hard, sweat and have a great workout (for all fitness levels). This group is about LEARNING and DOING so that you can TAKE CHARGE of your overall health. If you are ready to take action and want to achieve your desired fitness, weight loss goals and want to look good, feel good and have the energy every day, this group is for YOU.
