Weight maintain, gain muscle - I've worked too hard to lose 30 lbs and getting my cholesterol under control.
Over the last 2 years my nutrition has taken leaps! I now utilize dense-nutrition shakes to ensure I get all natural vitamins.
Now that I have hit my goals for cardio and weight loss, I will reduce my Body Fat by 5% by 1Q2014
My WHY originally was to reduce Cholestoral, get off Meds and be healthy enough to help with Helping Hands Ministry at Church. My WHY now is to pay it forward and guide others to a healthier lifestyle - this is what pops me out of bed!

45. Live in the Memphis area. Love a good workout that is both weight and cardio. I'm in IT so love moving around after work like doing fitness programs, working outside in my yard, on my house or my cars.
