Health is very important. I want to live long for my daughter!

How's your current nutrition? (non-existent, looking for ideas, do what I can, etc). Do you find yourself looking for simpler or better nutritional paths?

I love Zumba.

What are your current fitness goals (I will lose x-pounds by x-date, I will lose 4 dress sizes before my cruise in 3 months, gain muscle to look better, increase cardio for an upcoming race, etc)?

I've done both. Groups make it fun!

Probably most important 'WHY’ is getting into shape/ healthier that important (ability to play with kids, prevent sickness, being able to help others, etc).
