Bald Mountain Cabin Camping

THIS EVENT IS FULL. Please note, our sister event is "A Day At Bald Mountain". You're most welcome to join us on that event for a day of hiking and playing by the fire.

Thanks for checking this one out.

Sleep in the warmth of the cabin, Enjoy the beauty of the crisp fall outdoors. Come up anytime Friday after 4:00 and spend the weekend. We will have a fire going and have some hot dogs by the fire. Saturday lunch and dinner hasn’t been decided yet, but surely we will have something good. You're welcome to make any food and snack contributions you like. Nobody goes hungry.

Bring your mountain bike, backpack (15 miles of marked trails for hiking or mountain biking), kayak (11 lakes, including one right outside our back door), horseshoes, paintball, fishing gear (panfish, northern pike, and largemouth bass) or just bring a comfortable chair and relax. We'll be doing a little hillbilly horseshoes. This is an indoor camping trip; we’ll also have indoor board games and cards. There is no electricity, so bring flashlights and a lantern. The Tamarack Cabins are in the Bald Mountain Recreation Area located off Harmon Road just north of Stoney Creek Road.

Weekend cost of $30 includes: Two nights in the cabin, Saturday Lunch and Dinner, assorted soft drinks and water, snack foods, atc. Please bring your own adult beverages.

Breakfast will be potluck, if you choose to participate. We will have stoves and coffee pots.
Bring your sleeping bag and pillow.
