Contribute to a Great Cause while having a Great Time!

I'm sorry this is so last minute but, it's such a great cause, I feel compelled to post it.

Come on out for a fun filled night at the Devoted Barn.  There will be live music by Karin Elizabeth & the Remedy Band.  There will also be a silent auction, pony rides, food, beer, and wine.  Celebrity MC Terry Foster from 97.1 the ticket will be there too. Tickets are $25 per person, or $40 per couple, kids are free.  Order your tickets by clicking here

. The Devoted Barn is a program of Devoted Friends Animal Society, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the lives of the companion animals we love.  The mission of DFAS is to help companion animals like dogs, cats, pocket pets, and equine find their forever homes.  Through rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption, DFAS commits to the animals for their entire lives.  The Devoted Barn sits on 53 acres.  It has been unused for the last few years and is under renovation.  There are 30 stalls, one large 10 acre pasture, a large indoor area, and a small paddock.  The tenants of the Devoted Barn currently include dogs, horses, cats, pigs, goats, and other animals from cruelty cases and large scale hoarding situations.  They will come to The Devoted Barn to heal and learn to trust.  They will share their journey with at-risk youth from Detroit, MI as part of hands-on Compassionate Education Courses.

Ended up being a really good time, and yes this was definitely for a good cause. As the Devoted Barn gets up and running, it will not only be helping animals in need, but also helping foster children. Giving the kids something positive to do, and giving them skills for down the road.

Jim, if you were there sorry I missed you. Either way thank you for posting this event.
