Actually, I was in my teens before I realized that some people didn't look at the world that way. In my home growing up, the questions were always more important than the answers. Reading Heinlein, Asimov, and Russell helped, no doubt.
I'm an Electronics Engineer, working on electric vehicles. I'm also a parent, a science fiction fan, a voracious reader on a wide variety of topics, and when provoked, I can proselytize in favor of rationality and freedom from religion.
