IT spending for K12 and HED is an estimated $19.8B and we are still in dire need of investments for digital content resources, online curriculum and eLearning applications. The transition for corporate learning is much further advanced, as most training today is delivered by online tools in real time with eLearning modules and blended with live instruction. Is funding helping or hindering the adoption of technology in the classroom?
