Ceroc Dancing - Woughton Leisure Centre

Ceroc dancing, Woughton Leisure Centre

http://www.ceroccentral.com/?venue=382&page=3228

A mix of Salsa and Jive with a partner. Lesson starts at 7:45pm for beginners (I suggest arriving a little early to get booked in before the lesson starts), 8.45pm for intermediates. A very friendly social evening for all ages, with an on-site bar (I suggest bringing your own water as it can get quite hot in the hall). No dance experience necessary and no need to bring a partner, as you can dance with experienced members and trainers whilst you learn. No special clothing required - just wear comfortable clothes and I suggest smooth soled shoes (rubber soles make some moves difficult).  Good exercise and a great place to make friends.

If you may be interested and have queries, or would like to come along and give it a try, give me a ring on 07973 458228.

Hi, I would really like to come along but haven't done it before. Do I need any sort of experience?

Hi Jane, I have double booked myself for tomorrow so won't make it now. I have a bday meal that I thought was Thursday. I will put myself down for next Wednesday. Probably a silly question but what shoes do I wear is it trainers?

Hi Bernie, Sorry you won't be able to make it tomorrow. Never mind, I hope you enjoy your meal and look forward to seeing you next week instead. Smooth-soled shoes are better than trainers, as shoes with grip on the sole make some of the moves more difficult. Perhaps work shoes or something similar? Don't worry about it too much though, as for the first few times it shouldn't make too much of a problem whatever shoes you choose.
