Small Group Fitness Training

Penny is starting to run group training sessions again but this time on Tuesdays at Tongwell Lake starting at 6:30pm. 

Outdoor exercise using body weight, partnered activities and the benches as we work our way around the lake using various exercise movements!

If your goal is to move more, get fitter, get stronger and who knows...lose fat loss and inches in the process then come along on Tuesday to give it a try.

A trial session will be held Tuesday 24th June at a token cost of £2 each. The car park is on Yeoman Drive on the right between VW offices (Postcode MK14 5..) 

This is NOT a bootcamp for large groups. It is for those of you that would like individual guidance whilst exercising so we work in small groups.

    I am interested but how would I get there by bus from cmk or train station?

      I'm not sure Koren as i'm quite new to the area so don't know about public transport. Can you find out from the bus station?

    Hi, I was wondering what this fitness trainingis about and what it involves doing. I'm a regular running and currently looking for a running buddy but I see there hasnt been any meet ups for that.

      By doing other exercises around your running sessions you can build strength and mobility which will help your running Tara. Some running clubs incorporate functional training and others just concentrate on club running. It also depends on your goals.
