We held the first Sports Expo in 2000 in Southern New Jersey.  Eleven years later the MMA & Sports Expos are recognized as one of the largest multi-sport events in the North Eastern USA with 10 sports, and up to a thousand competitors along with fitness and sports exhibitors from wall to wall. There is something for everyone to do at the MMA & Sports Expo.   Our tag line is "Everyone Deserves to be a Champion" The amazing growth of the events over the past few years has led to the addition of Pro Mixed Martial Arts in 2010 along with Boxing and Olympic Lifting, Strongman Competitions and Kickboxing in 2009 with USA Powerlifting in 2008 and many more sports to come.

Since the addition of events including Bodybuilding and Figure Competition along with Grappling we have increased the size of our events that welcome thousands of athletes, fitness enthusiasts and exhibitors to our venues. New in 2011 we have added wing chun Kung Fu Convention, Martial Arts Breaking Competition, Wrestling and more. With our Celebrity hands on seminars with superstars like Cris "Cyborg" Santos, Dan "the Beast" Severn and WWE Legend Tony Atlas you can live the dream learning from the best in their sport. Our family event also has certifications and seminars for Personal Trainers, Referees and Coaches to increase their education to help even thousands more people.
