"Sacred Breath" Guided Meditation

Take a deep cleansing breath and release everything that no longer serves you. Problems, worries, fears, anger, hurts. Let it all go and open to yourself to your divine inner knowing,

One of the biggest challenges faced in meditation is quieting our intellectual minds, our endless to-do lists, worries, concerns, all that crap that clogs our intellect and restricts reception to our higher self, our divine inner intuition.

Join us Tuesday for our weekly guided meditation . . . take deep breath, calm your mind, center your chakras, get in touch with your true, divine, intuitive nature. It’s all-natural, mentally & spiritually refreshing and powerfully insightful. One hour only. Doors open at 7:20 p.m., meditation at 7:30, end promptly at 8:30. Love offering $5-10.
