Even with limited space, you can have fresh vegetables, herbs and edible flowers for your table. Topics will include layout and preparation of the garden site, choosing varieties, differences between hybrids and heirlooms, and buying and starting seeds. Look at seasonal plantings, growing vertically, container growing and raised beds. Share tips on weed and pest control, watering, fertilizing and mulching. This class will emphasize growing organically.
