Herbs are plants to serve us and delight us, offering us an ever-increasing rapport with nature." Herbs consist of a broad range of plants, and this seminar invites you into an herbal immersion. We will explore some of our old favorites, and be introduced to some new possibilities, as we dive into growing ideas for herbs as garden plants; look at herbs as culinary companions; and investigate the lure of herbs in medicinal and cosmetic uses. This introduction to herbs is primarily intended to open your eyes to the immense possibilities of herbs in nature; their practical associations and perhaps, deepen your relationship with one or more aspects of these highly skilled plants. Presented by Roxanne T. Stuhr, the owner of True Nature Design. Roxanne is an MNLA certified landscape designer and lifelong gardener.
