Round 2 of our Athletic Conditioning sessions. In contrast to our usual bodyweight training classes at Tompkins Sq Park this will focus primarily on core, cardio, and lower body strength. This week's will be geared towards explosiveness and short intervals of high intensity so you won't want to miss out on this one! Definitely wear clothes that you can move in. You may also want to bring with you water (there are fountains though) and gloves (more comfort for some exercises).
