JUNE!! Now it's starting to seem like summer! Come out and join us at the East River Park track for our weekly Monday class focused on athletic conditioning.
This is our one class every week where we step away from the bars and target core, lower body, and cardiovascular training. Each class will utilize a mix of running, sprinting, conditioning drills, stability exercises, etc... so be prepared to MOVE! Also, any level is welcome to participate, doesn't matter if you're a track star or not, you'll be appropriately challenged.
