What is a Brewer?s Dinner? This is a night where the Chef will prepare a special menu devised around selected beers. A theme is usually involved that corresponds to the season or the specialty beer on tap. It will be five-course white tablecloth setting that will allow the Chef and the Rock Bottom Brewer, Brian Helton, to interact with the guest and describe each item and how beer and food compliment each other and a little history behind each items. This night?s theme will be supporting local wines. Each course will be paired with our house beer and Arizona Wines.

First Course:
Wine:Kief Joshua Vineyard - 2009 Chenin Blanc
Beer: German Kolsch
Crispy, Soft-Shell Crab with Lemon and Drawn Butter.

Second Course:
Wine: Javelina Leap - 2009 Estate Zinfandel
Beer: Northwest Amber

Duck Confit Salad with Preserved Citrus and Port Wine Vinaigrette

Third Course:
Wine: Rancho Rossa - 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
