I had a good time working with Hani on getting Ubuntu set up as a rails dev box and getting through chap 5 of the Rails 3 tutorial. Thanks Hani! you were very helpful.

Working on Mongoid was great. Learned a bit about Mongoid and Rails 3 Engines which I never looked into before. Very interesting.

    Yeah, I also enjoyed it...
Enjoyed working with Chris 3 and getting an Ubuntu machine setup with rails. We got the sample_app from http://ruby.railstutorial.org/chapters/filling-in-the-layout#book_menu up and running and deployed it to Heroku. we got all the way to the beginning of chapter 6. I learned about SauceLabs.com from Matt. Thanks to Zach for ordering the Ian's Pizza.

Invaluable learning experience. And people's names and faces are starting to stick. Thanks for pairing with me Stephen and all the help.

Had a great time working with Chris 1 on my FreeSwitch app, and Chris 2 on his Pinewood Derby app, and chatting it up with everyone else. We covered a broad spectrum of Rails topics, and got a lot out of pairing. Chris 2, your Vim Fu was very strong. Thanks for the help leveling up! Zach, way to get something done. Cool project, and useful.

Had a great time, and finally found the group of Rails enthusiasts I've been looking for in Madison.

Being new to Ruby on Rails this was a very nice way of getting familiar with RoR while watching others work on their projects.
