Used CD Crafts

CDs are going out of style so it’s time to use them to make something stylish. We’ll be taking used CDs and trying a few different things with them. Possibilities include weaving, scratch art, making mirror balls, broach burning, making flowers, and possibly even turning some into a USB fan.

We will be providing some materials, but if you have any of the following, please bring them: yarn, scissors, burning tools, old CDs, black paint, or paint brushes.
If you would like to make a fan, you will need a hobby motor, a usb cord, and two wine corks.

As always, you are welcome to just come hang out and work on whatever project you’d like. Participation in the daily project is not required.

See you in the Bubbler!

Hi folks sorry I won't be attending. Is the night of the C4 lecture at the Wisconsin Institute for discovery. The topic is the structure of a drop of water. See you next time!
