Wellness Workshop

Do you suffer from:

• Lack of energy, fatigue, foggy thinking, poor memory?

• 30 pounds of excess weight? Inability to lose that last 10 pounds?

• Bouts of depression or mood swings, aches & pains or stiffness?

• Dry wrinkled skin, dark circles under your eyes, and acne

• "Spare tire” around the middle

• Digestive system irregularities

• Sugar or salt cravings

The diet industry promotes one fad diet after another leaving us overweight and confused about what 's healthy and what's not. Join us to learn how to feel better and gain more energy by eating clean, whole foods. We will also learn how to safely do a detox by using FOOD to fuel our bodies. Refreshments will be served.

This event is appropriate to invite Men, Women and Children to.  Please indicate number of guests in your RSVP.

Sorry I could not make it. Late patient cancellation due to mother having a stroke...a real schedule changer.

I will be running late today, and hopefully can make it by 6:30 6:45..would it still be beneficial, or could I get information from somebody that went?

There is no cost. If you would like to buy food or drinks from Casa del Sol please feel free to do so.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
