Good Habits Support Luncheon

Do you struggle in creating good habits? Whether you're trying to exercise, meditate, become more social, or use your highest strengths everyday, we can all use support in creating a new positive practice. We'll meet for lunch the first Monday of every month. There will be time to socialize, share what we're working on, and ask for whatever kind of support and feedback you want from the group. Feel free to invite others.

    At this meetup we talked about the format for future meetups. I recommend adding a little more structure by adding times to the activities. The format I'm thinking about would take about 90 minutes for 6 people, here's a more expansive thread:
