No one chooses to feel bad about themselves, but sometimes we all feel inadequate, self critical and discouraged. Even though we want to be happy and have confidence we end up identifying with our limitations.
In this series of classes, we will learn how to gain lasting self confidence. Ancient Buddhist wisdom offers us a different way of viewing ourselves, by relating to our extraordinary potential. With this knowledge, we can learn to improve our good qualities, develop positive and happy states of mind, and be a positive influence on those around us.
