Single mom pursuing the paleo lifestyle for general health and longevity and totally loving it! Known to succumb to ice cream indulgences when the temp exceeds 85*. :)

I have been following a paleo/primal lifestyle for about 10 months, and have my two kids (3 and 5) mostly paleo as well (when they are with me, at least).
