More or less Primal since early 2010. After developing some severe health problems, I had an intuition to lower my sugar intake and stumbled upon Mark's Daily Apple while searching for low carb recipes. After giving Primal a week's trial, I added beer back into my diet -- and figured out that gluten had actually been the culprit. Now, I mostly stick to paleo foods, occasionally venturing into gluten free land.
