I agree the book is dense, and takes significant effort to make progress. He is doing difficult meta-ethics in the first part. It may get a little easier in the 2nd part where he does the history of how we got to our current positions. I am enjoying the book; I like his awareness of the complex nature of the issues, and his ability to acknowledge the force of positions he ends up rejecting.

I am having some hard time getting some traction with this book. It must get better at some point, but the first chapter for me was murder.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
