January Traditional Gaming Meetup

Third Saturday of the month regular Meetup -
please note different location! Our monthly traditional role-playing games Meetup! If you've never played Original D&D, AD&D 1st Edition, Classic Traveller, or similar games, here's your chance. We're starting at 10am and going until 5pm, at the Hawthorne Branch Library, on E. Washington. Games will be scheduled to run from 10am to 1pm, and then from 1:30pm to 4:30pm.
The Game List has been updated! Games currently scheduled include:

  • The Village of Kingsbridge (Original D&D-Labyrinth Lord) - Successful adventurers have roused the forces of Chaos to attack this outpost of civilization on the edge of the wilderness. The problem is when and from where will the attack come? (rescheduled from last Meetup)

  • The Tower of Despair (Harnmaster) - You have in your journey to this place lost everything and have been by trapped in your present body by great and powerful magic. Now you wait in a chamber of the lair of your inhuman master to hear your doom.

  • The Great Shared-World Dungeon Expedition (Original D&D) - this is something of an experiment: we'll generate some characters specifically to be played across different campaigns, and then start off with an Old School dungeon expedition to get things going.

And there might be one or two other games coming up - remember, more variety in games depends on more people showing up. Bring a friend and have some fun!
