For the Monday night run, we're going to have multiple groups and go at nice, comfortable paces. That's the chills part. If you want some intensity, we're going to run up the big hill on Midvale, perhaps a few times. Of course, this is not a requirement, but if you want to get in some hill work, the opportunity will be there. That's the hills part.
