Try out some new routes, meet people
May 5k, Sept. trail (hills!) 7 miler.
Off and on. I'm at a 28 min 5k (but speeding up!) and looking forward to increasing my runs up to 15 miles this summer.
9:20 for a few miles, 10 - 11 up to about 10 miles. My knees start making me walk after that.
5:45 - 6:00 start time on weeknights, starting either downtown or near Vilas Zoo/Wingra area
