This is a group that shares the same interest in eating real foods, specifiacly foods humans have evolved to eat: fruits, vegetables, wild game meats, nuts and seeds. It doesn't matter whether you call it the Caveman, Paleo, Hunter-Gatherer, Evolutionary, Primal, Low Carb, Gluten Free / Dairy Free...everyone is welcome! The goal here is not only to meet new people, but also to share tips and advice as well as encourage each other on our respective journeys through mind, body and nutrition-by living Paleo!
