It is what I do on a daily basis as part of my job. I'm considered an expert within my team.
I tend to stay away from these types of sites at this point. I find that much of the content is simply repetitve and not offering anything new. I do like the special reports published by The Economist, CNN International, and Sloane Management Review. I also gravitate toward specialized communities, such as the one I contribute to as an editorial director, the SAP Community Network.
