Marketing With Real-life Games and Challenges

Good Afternoon!

I'm an entrepreneur based in NYC, and I'm currently working on developing a new technology that allows businesses to create real-life games and challenges to engage and build loyalty with their existing customers and bring new customers in the door.

I'm reaching out to this group because I'm looking for beta-testers, or marketers that I can interview to understand how you might use this product.  It's completely free to use, so I'm not selling anything.

The idea is fairly simple:
  • You build a fun or creative challenge that ties into your business, or that you think would be a fun way to engage with existing or potential customers
Example:  A retailer of outdoor and active merchandise creates a challenge to "Run a half marathon and upload a picture of yourself crossing the finish line"
  • You can offer a reward to entice potential players to accept your challenge
Example: The retailer decides to offer a reward "Get $50 towards any pair of cross-training shoes in the store"

  • You can see which players have accepted your challenge, interact with them, and verify that they have completed the challenge
Example:  The retailer can see all of the photos that have been uploaded by players and approve the reward for those that have satisfactorily completed it

  • You can share your challenge via your existing social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, or send it to your customer e-mail list.  In addition, the challenge will be available for our entire community.

I am in great need of feedback from marketers on whether this product can be useful to them, and how it can be improved.  If you have even 10 or 15 minutes to chat, I would love to connect further with you.

Thank you and I hope to hear from you!

Andrew
