Free Soldering Class: Joule Thief at the Hoboken Public Library

Learn to solder the Joule Thief, the flashlight that runs on dead batteries, in this groundbreaking FREE class!

This event is unlike any other MakerBar Soldering Wednesday: you'll solder a custom kit designed by a MakerBar member at the Hoboken Public Library. Through a generous grant from the Library, we can offer this class, with the custom kit, totally free!

Register at the Hoboken Public Library's EventBrite: http://www.eventbrite.com/event/5053360738/eorg. Otherwise, we won't know to save you a kit!

MakerBar members will teach soldering and electronics from the ground up - how to identify a component, how to make a solid solder joint, and lots more! Participants will keep their finished projects after the workshop. No prior experience of any kind is required, and everything is included!

MakerBar members: Please volunteer if you're available - we could use all hands on deck to serve the Hoboken community.
