I'm excited that I found this group! Looking forward to meeting everyone and discussing the technology. I work with 3d modeling and animation applications, but I have been very "obsessed" with 3D printing over the past couple months. Looking forward to learning more. Thanks for creating the group!

I am defiantly trying to stop by this Thursday. I might only have an hour or so but I want to at least see the space and your selection of toys. :-) I tried to join as a member on the website but got a 404 error. Are their any more project nights coming up to work on the space and setting up/building things?

Was that supposed to be a powDer 3D printer? What model? I'm so excited to find someone that has one! I'll try to drop by one Thursday.

For now I'm starting with a quadcopter kit from 3D-Robotics, but I would like to design my own in the future, once I acquire more confidence in the field
