Reverse Space (RS) is a maker community, with a ‘space’ in Herndon, VA, currently sponsored by Cortona Academy. The community began in October 2010 by accumulating members of the Information Technology field, such as Network Security, Information Forensics, and the like. Now, the community supports many subgroups, ranging from 3D Printing, CNC, and any MakerSpace project members would like to build. Revese Space has the largest 3D printing capabilities and technology for MakerSpaces on the east coast of the United States. Reverse Space is not just a community, but holds resources at its current location. Members are given access to these resources, while the community accumulates more over time.
