Lunch 12 noon. Walk 1:30pm.
Sue will lead an easy 4 mile walk around Pennington Flash.
After the walk, we can stop off at the same venue, and have a cup of tea, a drink or a meal - whatever you would like to do.
So the format is informal and flexible.
It's designed to be more of a lunch and amble than anything else, something which will provide a little light exercise and a good social. Please make sure you are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather and terrain.
The walk leaders are all members of the club and are volunteers, so unlike other walk groups there are no fees to be paid.
There are car share options available, so if you are stuck for a lift just mail the organiser and we'll do our level best to help.
There are usually between 15 to 25 walkers dependent on the weather and location - so by all means come along and join in, ..... It's a great gateway to the rest of the club, you can talk to new and existing members and find out about the full range of events we have on in Manchester every month.
Just let us know you're coming along on here and we'll make sure you 're made to feel very welcome !
