A beer festival without beer? Well, yes! Instead of beer, this event showcases a range of traditionally made ciders and perries.
Real cider is a long-established traditional drink which is produced naturally from apples and is neither carbonated nor pasteurised. Perry is the equivalent drink made from special perry pears.
There will be over 60 different varieties. All will have their own individual taste, but be warned- ciders and perries are usually stronger than typical strength beers, so take it steady!
Entry to the festival is £3 - come along at any time you can make it!
Further information (including a complete list of the ciders and perries that will be on sale at the festival (if not all at once!):
The festival is located in Copper Face Jack's bar within the Palace Hotel- entrance at the corner of Oxford and Whitworth Streets.
