Join other people with an interest in history!
This group is organized by the Manchester Historic Association to bring people together who share an interest in the local history of Manchester, New Hampshire, as well as New England history and American history in general -- plus architectural history, historic preservation, and many other topics. The Manchester History Network will also post information about history-related events and activities in the area.
Anyone can join the Manchester History Network. Membership to this Meetup group is free.
We especially welcome our Manchester Historic Association members! We will continue with our other ways of communicating with you -- and hope that this forum will help to make your membership more fun and meaningful. Please read the description of the programs for notices of special rates for MHA members.
If you are not a member of the Manchester Historic Association, we encourage you to join. Our members receive free admission to our facilities, and discounts on program fees, purchases in our Museum Shop, and other great benefits. Your membership fees will help support our operations, so that we can continue offering our programs to the public. Memberships start at $25 per year.
When you are planning to participate in a program - please arrive a few minutes early to pay your admission fee. Some programs may require that tickets be purchased in advanced. This will be noted in the program description. And, of course, some of our programs are free. For any questions, please call (603) 622-7531, or send us an e-mail.
