When you rsvp a meal, the organiser will email you to confirm your attendance or pay a deposit. Are you happy to keep on eye on your emails for the meal? Failure to respond to emails as per deadline will lead to your rsvp being changed to no.

Are you happy to update your rsvp if you can not make an event anymore? People who rsvp event and don't turn up will be removed from the meetup.

Finally, running a meet up group is not free unfortunately and to help the group survive, I will ask members to help with a very small contribution of £2.50 each year, which will be collected at meet ups and is non refundable. Thanks & see you soon! :)
