As a wine lover and, more importantly, a wine educator, you will always hear me talk about or see me write about “wine appreciation.” Sure, you can make a joke like: “I appreciate wine, I drink it every day” or “I appreciate wine; especially when my glass is full.” That’s all good and fine. But I’m talking about something deeper, more meaningful and more beneficial. Therefore, as an extension of my blog - "Charles Springfield: Maneuvering Wine with Style" - and the various events I produce as the Marketing Director of a NYC wine boutique, I have decided to expand the experience to wine lovers, foodies, professionals, singles and everyone in between throughout the NYC/NJ area to help make wine more accessible through wine education, wine experiences and ultimately wine appreciation. Learning how to properly appreciate wine can open up your life to new experiences, expand your social connections and expand your professional network.
