Meet others in your local area to run with. Plan group runs and participate in various long and short distance running. We will discuss safety like new stretches, better form and proper shoes. We've signed up for multiple runs in the area and have helped each other in training and preparation for those runs. This will be both a great way to make friends as well as motivation to get out there and enjoy the sun and beach. The mass majority of this group has progressed past the area of amateur and are now proud moderate runners. We encourage our amateurs to run so they can become stronger and other amateurs that join will not be alone on the runs.
