Introduction

Hello! My name is Nellie Gregorian. I started this group in the hopes of creating a friendly environment for preschool children of Russian-speaking parents to meet, practice their Russian, and make new friends.

Introduction: Please tell us about yourself

I live and work in Manhattan. My husband doesn't speak Russian, so my daughter Anna doesn't get exposed to Russian as much as I wish she could. I run my own business (market research), so I can be flexible with my hours if business permits. We live around Gramercy Park area.

How many children do you have and how old are they?

I have just one daughter who is 2 years and 10 months old.

What type of experience are you looking for in this Meetup?

Hoping to expose my daughter to Russian language, Russian culture, and new Russian-speaking friends.

Where in Manhattan would be easiest for you to meet?

Around Gramercy park, but could be flexible.

What time of day is most convenient to you for meetups?

Mornings or late afternoons/early evenings would be preferable.

Hi Nellie....where in Manhattan do you live? I have a 6 month old girl and am 43. I also have a 21 year old, and yes, had much more energy as a younger mom than I do now.........Camille
