We meet every Sunday night from 7:00-8:15 pm at the Wellspring Health Collective. We do a 20 minute guided meditation (usually one of Thich Nhat Hanh's), walking meditation, and a 20 minute silent sitting. Jean also picks a reading. At the end, there is time for sharing (optional) as a way to practicing listening and speaking about issues of mindfulness in our week, sittings, and daily lives. There is a suggested donation of $10.
