I decided to start this group because I am interested in meeting other moms in and around the square who have babies around the same age as my son. We prefer that your child was born witin 6 months of May 2009.  This group is open to all: working moms, stay at home moms, work at home moms, and moms who work part-time.

My son is looking for playmates and I am looking for moms to share friendship and grown up conversation without having to travel to the other side of town. Additionally I am a first time mom who finds it helpful to network with other first time moms as well as experienced moms. I thought it would be nice to take advantage of what our wonderful Marietta Square has to offer: restaurants, shops, a stroll through the park, playdates, etc. A Mom's Night Out at the theatre or other local restaurants would be nice too. Other activities can include playdates, progressive dinners or other suggestions members of the group may have.

If you would enjoy these or other similar activities, you have a child born within 6 months of May 2009 (so that activities are age appropriate), and live in Historic Marietta/near the Square or near Kennesaw Mountain this would be the group for you to join. Please email me with any questions.
