Rhythm connects us to ourselves, to community and to life! Let's have fun learning FUNdamentals of rhythm theory, basic rhythms from other cultures as well as ways to create and improvise rhythmically and musically. These Meetups are usually twice a month in the Terra Linda area of San Rafael.

No previous experience or drum required! Master drum facilitator, Mika Scott will provide a variety of percussion instruments along with clear instructions that can be used by beginner or experienced drummers. Benefits of this class aside from learning skills in drumming and music include increased concentration, coordination, confidence, self-expression, and nonverbal communication.
