We are a group of intermediate to experienced runners who like to keep our runs social!  If you're a newer runner or coming back from injury, we welcome you to join us for a few miles as you are able.  The majority of our runs are on the trails in Marin, with some road running and track workouts.  We also do destination runs in the East Bay, Sonoma, and San Francisco.  Our run mileage varies from around 5 miles up to 20+, but runners are always welcome to adjust mileage shorter or longer.  We emphasize "social" running, and pacing can range from 9 to 12+ minute miles, depending on who is attending the run.  We also take our socializing off the trail for brunch, potlucks, pub runs, and movie nights.

Please note that we pay close attention to RSVPs - if you RSVP 'yes' for a run, we will wait for you until 10 minutes after the posted start time.  If your plans change, please make sure you update your RSVP!
