Bring the following equip, emt to participate in this as a diver:
equipment, one tank, knife/scissors, dive flag with float and 25 feet of line to attach flag to each diver and gloves. knowledge of current diving, low visibility, compass diving and orientation are skills one might need. A thrilling experience and we let you collect debris too.

Yesterday was as exciting as perdicted. There was a nice breeze that help held the Lake O swill away, so the inlet was as clear and blue with wonderful visibility. From the boats, you could see the bottom and the divers colecting debris. In the water the divers could witness all the critters investigating the events in their world. 16 divers entered the water and all 16 returned to the 5 boats. We had a few difficulties but they were easily overcome. One boat had been vandalized and their fuel removed and not realized until underway, but we towed them out toanchorage and transferred fuel to them...problem solved. Boat #1 found a huge 30 foot length of 4" tow boat line and need help to pull it out. The biggest obsticle was the current. It never really went slack so divers took to the water and fought their way along the bottom using hand-holds and "reef hooks" to position themselves to work. Thanks to all.

There is no way to describe the intensity of jumping off in such a current, but once we were in that 20 minuets was gone in a flash. Thank you to all the experienced divers who are so much more adept than my self, I hope to work hard to be the same positive influence and ability as I continue my diving odyssey.

The best 1/2 hour of diving you can ever have.
With the current going so fast very few places on
earth are like this. Lets have a safe dive and help save the
planet one person at a time.
